I am not like other realtors.
I was born in Santa Cruz and started helping at open houses at about 8 years of age. As a child at my dad’s open houses I would chat with buyers, test out rickety tree houses, and hone my sales skills by telling people I felt the oak tree in the backyard was perfect for climbing.
I loved real estate then, and I love it now.
To me, there are few greater joys in the working world than helping people achieve one of life’s biggest milestones: buying or selling a home.
A UCLA graduate with a Masters Degree from The University of Texas, I’ve since spent 17+ years as a top producer in both the Los Angeles and Santa Cruz residential real estate markets, earning a distinction as one of the top 1.5% of agents country-wide.
My deep knowledge of inventory, contracts, marketing practices, and cultural norms, along with reliable networks and relationships in multiple markets all give me a unique perspective and provide an undeniable advantage for my clients.

While the way real estate is transacted has changed and will continue to do so, buyers and sellers are still the same: they need a trusted representative who will listen and facilitate the process as smoothly and comfortably as possible. While I’ve enjoyed great success representing clients in all types of real estate transactions, I am especially fond of helping first-time home buyers and sellers and welcome any chance to educate them about the process.
In my free time I enjoy spending family time with my wife and two young kids, gardening, wetting a fishing line, mountain biking, and exploring the natural beauty of our amazing state. Along with my lovely wife, I also host The Faces of Santa Cruz community project.
